This isn’t just any getaway. It’s carved out time for you to remove yourself from the business of life and focus on your body, mind, and heart. So often when we take a trip, we either have the adventure, or the yoga, or the transformation course. We are offering you all three because we believe in the mind/body connection – and with focus, attention, joy and play, we believe so many things are possible for you.
Summer is a time of dreams, exploration, creation, wonder and play. The series of workshops are designed to illuminate these themes and have you come away restored, aligned, and blissed out as you prepare for your own full bloom.

Communal meal sharing offer time to reflect and share with new friends. Contemplative periods of rest are built into our retreat to quiet the mind, settle the emotions, decompress the nervous system, heighten the senses and increase clarity and connection to source energy. WONDER: We will spend time aligning and celebrating our authenticity through a workshop designed to uncover your gifts and the core essence of who you are so that you can witness and revel in your remarkable and unique self. You will leave with a renewed sense of who you are that is awe inspiring. We are at peace and in bliss when we love on ourselves and shine our lights to the world. We are here to shine.
JOY: We will work on the alignment of you and your life – your every day activities so that you can feel that your most important “buckets” are being tended to and full sourcing you and your life. You will leave with a template that will be the foundation of your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health. We are grateful and joy-filled when we are sources and aligned.
CELEBRATION: We will celebrate life. We will design and create your future and begin manifesting it through the art of presence and intention. Â You will leave with clear intentions, milestones, and action plans to start your manifestations. From inspiration to actualization. We are inspired and ignited when we show up fully to life and go after what rocks our souls. We are meant to feel the aliveness of life!
A note from your coach Nicki:Â As a coach I work on your belief system and thought process challenging the limited and fear based thinking that might keep you from actualizing your greatest joy and achievements. I come from a deep place of love, compassion, and joy as I lead you through a process to have you shift perspectives and find new ways of seeing and participating in your journey. This will impact your experience of yourself, your relationships, your life, and your future in a profound way.

Meet Chef SherrieÂ
Although Texas-born, Chef Sherrie began her cooking career on her parentâ€™s farm in Ohio. The family raised beef and poultry while her mother baked fresh breads. The vegetable gardens and fruit trees were used for daily meals and canning. Sherrie quickly discovered that she enjoyed entertaining and cooking far more than the mundane chores of harvesting and gathering.
While travelling and exploring the globe, Sherrie’s enthusiasm for food from other cultures grew as she experienced a variety of cuisines from other countries. She trekked through Mexico, the Caribbean and the Asian Pacific Rim. Sherrie learned first-hand how the local seafood was caught and prepared, what spices were used and which fresh produce came from each region. A lifetime of new knowledge traveled back with her and inspired and led her to pursue a career in the culinary arts.
California became her new home when she began attending the California Culinary Academy (CCA) in San Francisco.Â Attending the academy she developed a love for baking and pastry. She decided to intern at anÂ Artisan bread bakery in Petaluma California beforeÂ graduating in 1999. The age-old practice of mixing,Â hand shaping,Â and bakingÂ the wild-yeasted organic breads in wood-fired brick ovensÂ has had a profound impact on the way she preparesÂ food even today.
AfterÂ graduating from the CCA in 1999, Sherrie has worked her way up the culinaryÂ ranks- First asÂ the assistant pastry chef at renowned Bay Wolf in Oakland, California. Chef Sherrie has cooked for several prominent Bay AreaÂ and San Diego County residents as a personal or private chef, in addition to owning and operating a small catering company. In 1991 Sherrie along with Sharon Anderson went on to open her first restaurant in the Glenview district of Oakland, Purple Plum. With the success of the Purple Plum, Sherrie went on to open her second restaurant in the Bay Area, Blackberry Bistro with Chef Robert Dorsey. Both restaurants wereÂ successful in an area filled with dining choices, earning manyÂ accolades from local papers and the Zagat Guide.
Sunny Southern CaliforniaÂ now benefits from the culinary stylings of Chef Sherrie. She has startedÂ Chef Sherrie PersonalÂ & PrivateÂ Chef Services.
Sherrie wanted to focus on the more personal aspect of cooking.Â She is an artisan at heart and prefers to hand make all of her food and to useÂ organic fresh seasonal produce, local when possible. Â If you are interested in food that entertains, inspires, and just plain tastes divine, then make sure you get the opportunity to sample some of Chef Sherrieâ€™s cuisine.
